PS: Segoaban_Daedalic You've read every forum discussion with this type of problem it's not just a matter of "change to XP SP2" for everyone. PLEASE!!! someone explain or help me in some way! I don't want to have to use it Just to play 4 games. It takes 10-15 minutes to turn on and log on, and it burns energy like the ESB doesn't care.

#CULTURES NORTHLAND WALKTHROUGH WINDOWS 10#
I am using a 17.3" laptop with Windows 10 64bit. I'm pretty competent with Computers, but that up there is possbily my last hope, and I don't really understand it. Can someone PLEASE explain to me in laymans terms what I'm doing here Neith my Cultures Disk or my cultures 2 Disk, OR BOTH the Steam sold Cultures games work, I get a small resolution screen and then an instant crash with a box requesting troubleshooter. I have searched and searched, and tried and tried, nothing I can find seems to work, latest drivers, compatability modes of every combination possible, changing file names. Have you considered to use steam solely as distribution platform, not calling any hooks in the Game.exe? (I think that is the reason why GameMP.exe runs without a problem for many people that can't get Game.exe to run) It still tries to load the two mentioned dlls above, which in turn causes the game to crash. The thing that really bugs me about this, is that despite I set "disable in-game overlay" in the per game settings for cultures.

Cool, thanks for making this a sticky, maybe I should update the guide now and make it a little bit more visually appealing Are you, as developers, able to get in contact with steam about this issue? Making this thread sticky, I might add that the developer of the overlay is STEAM ^^ so we cannot remove it. Hopefully the developer will just disable the overlay for this game to make it work if that is the problem.
